  • Responsibility for the efficient day-to-day management of the contact centre's Human Resources service, and for setting and monitoring performance and quality standards for team members.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Human Resources team members to achieve the section's objectives and to ensure a high-quality responsive service to meet internal customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for all matters relating to Human Resources, taking into account legislative requirements and best employment practices.
  • Responsibility for the effective development and implementation of management and staff development and learning across the board.
  • Research, initiate, and develop policies, procedures, and systems to achieve the organisation's objectives; monitor and review effectiveness and recommend change as necessary.
  • Manage the human resources budget as appropriate.
  • Advise on the contact center's remuneration systems and procedures.
  • Should be responsible for complying with the standards within the company, e.g., ISMS, HIPAA, etc.
