  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Operate and maintain WMS software for inventory control, order tracking, and stock movement.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels through cycle counts, periodic stock takes, and timely system updates.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Generate WMS-based reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and productivity metrics.
  • Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and coordinate with IT or software vendors for resolutions.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in a WMS-enabled environment.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, Manhattan, Infor, or similar).
