Job Title: Test Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Test Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with experience in tools such as QTP, UML, and other industry-standard technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor junior team members in test automation techniques.
  • Work under pressure to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Provide technical consultancy services to clients.
  • Conduct website consultancy, including usability and accessibility assessments.
  • Design and develop applications, including database design and development.
  • Develop internet/intranet solutions, including hosting and maintenance.
  • Implement content management solutions for websites.
  • Analyze data using online survey software.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of diverse experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent knowledge of automated software testing using Top Team, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Rational Suite, Quick Test Pro, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Testing expertise includes:
    • Formulating test plans and test cases.
    • Regression testing and performance testing using automated tools like WinRunner, LoadRunner, and Quick Test Pro.
    • Proficiency in bug reporting tools like Test Director.
    • Creating body of knowledge, performance test plan, and test strategy documents.
    • Experience in user acceptance, usability, unit, front end, and back end testing.
    • Specialization in GUI and functionality testing, system testing, integration, performance, stress, load, and regression testing of web and client/server-based applications.
    • Maintaining the requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
