As a Front Office Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that every patient has a positive experience with our practice. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering their questions, and providing them with the necessary information to help them feel comfortable and at ease.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families.

  • Manage appointment schedules and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and communicate any relevant information to other members of the team.

  • Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to patients and staff.

  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the practice.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a commitment to ongoing learning and development, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, prior experience in a front office or administrative role is highly desirable.

  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
