  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to lead high-impact projects and drive innovation in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide AI strategy, focusing on documentation automation, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, and system optimization.
  • Lead AI Solutions: Develop and deploy AI-powered coding agents, assistants, and automation tools to improve internal development velocity and customer workflows.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, product, and customer success teams to solve complex operational and clinical challenges.
  • Implement Large Language Models: Utilize agentic AI, large language model orchestration, and prompt engineering to enhance data entry, compliance, and intelligent recommendations.
  • Accelerate Innovation: Contribute to the development of faster iteration cycles, smarter tools, and better outcomes for underserved populations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in applied AI, machine learning, or natural language processing; at least 2 years leading AI-focused initiatives or teams.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI).
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Experience: Building and deploying recommender architecture pipelines or agent-based AI solutions.
  • Background Knowledge: Healthcare, life sciences, or digital health.
  • Certifications: Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Certified AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty) are a plus.
