We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer with excellent communication and leadership abilities. This role goes beyond technical expertise—you will be the face of our AI practice, playing a pivotal role in client engagement, deal closures, and representing the company in senior-level interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions.

Act as a client-facing expert—understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals.

Conduct technical interviews and assessments for senior AI and engineering positions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.

Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and research to keep the company ahead.

Mentor junior engineers and guide teams in implementing best practices.

Requirements

4–6+ years of proven hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability in client handling and deal closure.

Experience in conducting technical interviews and hiring for senior positions.

Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in business development or pre-sales for AI solutions.

Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Publications, patents, or contributions to AI research.
