AI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI technical project manager to lead AI-driven projects from concept to launch, aligning strategies with business goals and driving solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, particularly in AI-related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and their practical business applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of AI projects, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, managing technical resources, and delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet the complex business needs of our clients.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the AI project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop technical project plans, including resource allocation, technical dependencies, and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed AI solutions and provide recommendations on architecture, technology stack, and implementation approaches.
  • Work closely with ML/NLP engineers and data engineers to ensure proper technical implementation of AI models and systems.
  • Identify potential technical challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and methodologies for AI projects.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Monitor project progress from a technical perspective, addressing bottlenecks and technical debt.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts and limitations effectively.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to client projects.
  • Mentor junior technical team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
