We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Urdu.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in both English and Urdu. You will also possess strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating Effectively with Clients: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with Client Relations and Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet client needs and goals.
  • Maintaining a High Level of Professionalism: Ensure that all interactions with clients, colleagues, and management are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
