Nxus Group, a USA-based contact center, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in both English and Urdu to join our team. Our company collaborates with various businesses as a marketing and development partner, helping them enhance their sales and foster business growth through our skilled workforce, advanced technology, and industry-relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Urdu to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in client relations and marketing efforts as required.
- Achieve designated targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Adapt quickly to learning opportunities and implement feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu (written and verbal).
- Availability of a personal laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications.
- A basic understanding of client relations and marketing concepts is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and demonstrate ambition to meet and exceed targets.

Job Specification:Technical Skills:
