Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage an existing distributor network within a designated territory.
  • Lead a team of DSRs, supervisors, and sales personnel, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Oversee Return on Investments (ROIs) for the business, presenting priorities to stakeholders and developing strategies for growth and effectiveness.
  • Build a high-performance team by hiring and retaining top talent, focusing on growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs related to chillers, new outlet inductions, damages, and schemes.
  • Maintain market awareness and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least one year of sales experience with a FMCG company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
