Brand Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to support the execution of our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand plans, ensuring operational excellence across campaigns and launches.
  • Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of brand initiatives by driving on-time execution.
  • Collaborate with global teams, regional suppliers, and local distribution partners to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
  • Support the development and launch of new products and formats.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into compelling brand experiences.
  • Track and report brand performance against key performance indicators.
  • Assist in crafting compelling advertising campaigns aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Partner with media and digital teams to develop high-impact content.
Requirements
  • 3–4 years of hands-on brand management experience.
  • Proven track record of working on brand launches, campaigns, or innovation rollouts.
  • Experience in cross-functional team management and project ownership.
  • Agility & Proactivity: Can pivot quickly, think on their feet, and troubleshoot with a solution-first mindset.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills to work across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable analyzing trends, performance metrics, and deriving insights.
  • Executional Rigor: Strong attention to detail and follow-through on all projects.
  • Creative Drive: Passion for building brands that connect with consumers meaningfully.
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator.
