Spanish Speaking Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a Spanish speaking professional, you will have the chance to work with our largest line of revenue, which accounts for the majority of our customer base. Our goal is to find talented individuals who have a proven track record of success, are highly motivated, and have international exposure to US customers and culture.
We are looking for candidates who are coachable, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn. A successful Account Manager should also have strong interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, a high attention to detail, and a natural ability to convey and relate ideas to others. In this high-energy role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and be flexible with changing processes.
- Establish strong relationships with executives and gain a deep understanding of each client's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Understand the pain points of potential clients and align those needs with our solution.
- Present our software and solutions to fleet managers or larger, more strategic clients.
- Collaborate with the account team to support and grow customers.
- Proactively engage clients on upcoming renewals to ensure a smooth process.
- Identify and resolve problems, think critically, and implement best available solutions.
- Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations to inform business decisions.
- Study and deepen understanding of market trends to provide consultative insight.
