Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a new challenge? As a Spanish speaking Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our organization. You will have the opportunity to work with our largest line of revenue, which accounts for the majority of our customer base.
We are seeking professionals who have a proven track record of success, are highly motivated, and have international exposure to US customers and culture. A successful Account Manager should be able to establish strong relationships with executives, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and collaborate with the account team to support and grow customers.
- Become an expert in our software and solutions to effectively present them to clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client's business to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with the account team to support and grow customers.
- Proactively engage clients on upcoming renewals to ensure a smooth process.
- Identify and resolve problems, think critically, and implement best available solutions.
- Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide consultative insight.
