
Sales Growth Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for setting and executing sales performance goals, assessing store productivity and performance, and overseeing stock and store operations.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating with sales operations and marketing teams to support store sales efforts. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead a high-performing team and set clear goals and expectations
- Assess store productivity and performance and develop strategies for improvement
- Oversee stock and store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with sales operations and marketing teams to support store sales efforts
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High level of product knowledge and understanding of industry trends
