We are seeking a Sales and Territory Growth Manager to drive business expansion in the lubricant industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, business growth, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to order fulfillment and payment recovery—while maintaining and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential clients.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is deeply familiar with technical products and dedicated to consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Required qualifications:

  • Major in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering or Marketing/Sales

Experience requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (engineering related/technical product) is mandatory (lubricant industry experience preferred but not required)
  • Hands-on experience with relevant CRM/software such as Oracle
