Senior Operations Specialist

You will be the first point of contact for consumers exploring their options. Your job is to engage, qualify, and warm up leads by gathering key information and building trust, then live-transfer qualified prospects to our closers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in our programs.
  • Engage prospects with a positive, curious, and professional tone.
  • Conduct a quick discovery to understand the consumer's debt situation.
  • Pre-qualify the lead.
  • Live-transfer qualified leads to our closing team in real time.
  • Hit daily/weekly call volume, credit pull, and transfer targets.
  • Maintain a high lead-to-transfer conversion rate.
  • Follow compliance standards (TCPA, FDCPA) at all times.
  • Provide a smooth handoff experience that builds trust and increases enrollment rates.
