Lead a financial team and advance in your career as a Senior Accountant. This senior accounting role involves maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards. You will support strategic decision-making processes and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Closing Process Management: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliation of accounts and finalization of ledgers.
  • Day-to-Day Accounting Functions: Monitor day-to-day accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Taxation Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation laws and prepare reports for audits and tax submissions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Audit Support: Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience (4–7+ years) in a senior accounting or finance role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Perspectives: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
