Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

The role involves handling everything from product architecture to cutting-edge user interface design, working closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent consistently
  • Maintain a seamless onboarding process for new employees
  • Train, counsel, and coach staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, promoting a harmonious work environment
  • Perform administrative duties such as payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews to ensure fairness and equity
  • Develop clear policies and ensure awareness among employees
  • Create concise reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders and employees
  • Report on workplace health and safety compliance to ensure a safe working environment
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of junior HR managers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
