**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team at LeadingEdge. As a key member of our banking sector, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate and commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis of clients' businesses to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, cash management, and trade finance.
- Risk Management: Work closely with the risk team to ensure that all credit facilities are properly structured and managed.
- Exceptional Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relationship management or business development role in the banking sector.
- Skills:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis Skills: Conduct financial analysis of clients' businesses.
