Unilever Food Solutions - Customer Development Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Unilever Food Solutions as a Territory Manager in Gujranwala. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through fostering strong relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones.
Key responsibilities include effective distribution management, execution of operator activities within the assigned area, and enhancing chefmanship capabilities, all while ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets across all channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with operators, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Driving chefmanship capability for the entire team, conducting regular kitchen trainings with Chefs and enhancing their skills.
- Analyzing market feedback and competitive activities, disseminating this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Executing projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred

- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
