Oxbridge Digital is hiring a Business Administration Manager to support our operations.
Job Description:
- The Business Administration Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chancellor, managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and handling operational tasks.
- In addition, the ideal candidate will plan, develop, and implement public relations programs and strategies, possess effective PR connections in the public/private sector, and maintain oversight of all documentation ensuring high standards of accuracy and organization.
- A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken English language skills and proficiency in office management systems, IT applications (Smartsheet, MS Teams/Teamflect, MS Office, Google Apps).
- The Business Administration Manager will efficiently organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow-up documentation while overseeing executive communications and stakeholder correspondence.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive organization and personal information is also crucial for this position.
Requirements:
- A minimum master's degree from a HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Three to four years of relevant experience.
