Job Description

This role involves the development, management, and launch of Corporate and Investment Banking Cash products. The successful candidate will build relationships with various departments, participate in product management and marketing activities, and identify and mitigate risks in accordance with the Bank's risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and launch of new products following established methodologies.
  • Develop strong relationships with front and support departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of systems related to product development.
  • Participate in activities related to product management and marketing with relevant counterparts across Pakistan and the region.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in accordance with the Bank's risk management framework.
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A proven track record of cash product management in Pakistan.
  • Strong product development and management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical and compliance oversight skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CIB Cash products and payment gateways. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
