We seek a skilled professional to refine our project management processes. This role requires expertise in workflow optimization, subcontractor collaboration, and user-friendly dashboard creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Optimization
    • Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart or similar software.
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
  • Cross-Party Communication
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboard Development
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Team Onboarding and Training
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and project management.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.

Experience working in a remote environment is highly valued.
