  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.">
  • Manage high call volume, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills in ENGLISH are a must along with customer support experience.">
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.">
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.">
  • US-based customer service experience.">
