Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to drive the quality assurance strategy across manual and automated testing processes. With 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, the ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.

The successful candidate will own and drive the quality assurance strategy, design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. They will perform functional, non-functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing, developing and executing end-to-end test cases, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and edge cases.
  • Create reusable, robust test automation frameworks for scalable, maintainable test coverage.
  • Identify gaps in existing QA processes and propose improvements.
