Human Capital Lead

A pivotal role in shaping the Human Capital function, focused on orchestrating the employee lifecycle and driving business growth through strategic talent development and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HC Operations: Develop and manage HC processes to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and processes to drive high levels of employee performance and accountability.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning and career development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating, developing, and inspiring teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement HC strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HC leadership role within a large-scale entity.
