This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes contributions to our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support & Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing personalized assistance and proactive support.
- Program Admissions Support: Review applications to our incubation and acceleration programs, adhering to best practices for acceptance.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: As our liaison, your ideas will play a pivotal role in improving our customer experience.
- Live Q&A Sessions: Host scheduled Q&A sessions with customers, addressing their concerns and offering expert guidance on our products and services.
- Info-Session Webinars: Conduct and facilitate informative webinars to educate customers on key topics, program qualities, and best practices.
- Conversion & Retention Optimization: Coordinate with the design and product teams to enhance website usability and conversion rates, as well as coordinate marketing initiatives to increase conversion and retention.
- Copywriting & Documentation: Update and improve copy across our marketing materials to address the evolving needs of our customers.
- Process Management: Track customer interactions, document frequently asked questions, and provide feedback to refine processes.
