Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create live sessions and upload SCORM files.
  • Manage data integrity and accuracy within the LMS.
  • Generate reports to track training completion and progress.
  • Support the Learning & Development team with training programs and logistics.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a learning development or HR role.
  • Experience with LMS administration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
