Logistics Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for corporate customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with carriers and agents regarding vessel arrivals and container release status.
  • Handle and supervise cargo transshipment and delivery queries efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless follow-up of cargo until arrival at CFS.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment status, cargo position, and any damage.
  • Coordinate planning for all sectors with CFS yard, including paper follow-up and ANF.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Trade Memberships & Certifications:

  • Trade Mark Registration.
  • Custom Agents License.
  • Licensed Ship-Chartering & Ship-Handling, Licensed CHA.
  • (FMC) approved Dynamic Shipping B/L.
