Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to provide technical integration and services support to customers. This entails developing and delivering professional services product content delivery scripts and exports to a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the commercial team during customer demos and calls, offering guidance and participating in technical discussions regarding functionality, features, connectivity, development, and testing efforts.">
  • Providing technical product catalog integration support via email, chat, and calls.">
  • Assisting fellow customer success team members in automating technical tasks and processes.">
  • Generating basic reports for catalogs for customers and sales representatives.">
  • Developing and delivering professional services product content delivery scripts and exports for existing and prospective customers.">
  • Managing customer delivery projects with some assistance from lead/manager.">
  • Collaborating with the development team on customer-reported bugs and issues to ensure they are addressed.">
  • Assisting the manager in creating service SOWs based on customer requirements.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Moderate knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL.">
  • Moderate understanding of at least one scripting language.">
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java.">
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.">
  • Experience working with at least one database management system.">
  • At least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent working in a similar field.">
