Employee Relations Partner

This role acts as a key partner to business/HR leaders in driving employee relations. It plays a crucial part in creating a great employee experience by ensuring unbiased and neutral facilitation of complaint and concern resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigates and resolves issues of employee concerns or conflict in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Plans and implements employee relations processes, programs, and tools to build and enhance organizational capability.
  • Participates in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the HR domain, with 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations and/or labor relations.
  • Fair understanding and knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India is a plus.
