- Promotion and Sales: Identify new opportunities and expand our client base by promoting and selling our products and services.
- Customer Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships by maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Results Driven: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven individuals with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets are ideal.
- Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers effectively.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
