Section Manager IR Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor litigation, assigned by the Head of Legal.
  • Oversee statutory requirements administration and compliance at company facilities nationwide.
  • Liaise with local governmental bodies.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers.
  • Design Human Resource Policy frameworks in compliance with prevalent laws.
  • Ensure employee discipline and grievance handling mechanisms are effective.
  • Manage land acquisition/disposal and rental transactions for opening new stores/warehouses.
  • Assist the Head of Legal in contractual matters.
  • Train HR colleagues in handling grievances as per labour laws.
  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings when necessary.
  • Represent the company in union meetings to resolve disputes.

Essential Skills:

  • Maintain confidentiality in interpersonal interactions.
  • Develop strong communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).

Required Experience: 5-6 years

Desired Qualification: Master's Degree in HRM or IR
