Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to manage various day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This role is integral in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and effectively support other business activities.
- Mastery of SRB and GST knowledge
- Critical coordination with employees, clients, and vendors
- Monthly payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Client billing, payment follow-up, and collection
- Daily cold calls to potential clients (10 calls)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring maximum efficiency by following office workflow procedures
- Maintaining files and records through effective filing systems
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings)
- Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitoring office expenditures and handling all office contracts (rent, service)
- Performing basic bookkeeping activities and updating the accounting system
- Addressing customer complaints or issues
- Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders
- Assisting in vendor relationship management
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this field is required.
Working ConditionsThis position is full-time with a salary of Rs30,000 per month. The ideal candidate must have their own bike. Office location: Tariq Road. Candidates should be reliable, patient, and professional. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM.
