Programme Compliance Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead our programme compliance initiatives. The Programme Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure our programmes meet regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance management, risk assessment, and policy development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  2. Conducting regular compliance assessments to identify potential issues;
  3. Working with relevant departments to ensure data collection interfaces remain live and errors are corrected in a timely manner;
  4. Maintaining comprehensive compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records;
  5. Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization;

In addition to technical skills, the Programme Compliance Specialist must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
