Job Description

The Training and Medical Affairs Manager will oversee the field force's medical knowledge development, enabling them to address customer inquiries confidently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training content and materials as needed.
  • Designing and implementing fresh and refresher training programs for the field force at international locations.
  • Crafting a centralized system for handling and recording medical queries.
  • Developing a framework for Continuous Medical Education (CME) for the field force.
  • Working closely with R & D, Business Development, Quality Assurance, and International Marketing departments.

The ideal candidate should possess experience delivering various types of training, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt their approach to diverse audiences.

  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of trainers across the CIS, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
