About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Expansion Account Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
A successful candidate will be coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement. Key skills for this role include strong interpersonal skills, a solid technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to convey complex ideas to others in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop deep relationships with executive decision-makers and gain a thorough understanding of each client's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Conduct surveys to understand pain points within clients' businesses and align those needs with Motive's solution.
- Presentation of Motive software and solutions to fleet managers or key customers.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support and grow customer accounts.
- Resolution of complex issues by identifying problems, thinking critically, and implementing effective solutions.
- Establishment and meeting of ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and continuously improve understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution, preferably from the US, UK, or Canada, or equivalent experience working with US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
- Proven track record of success with 3+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
- Strong ownership attitude, with the ability to drive opportunities from start to finish.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and manage objections.
