Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a sales account manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner, identifying customers' needs and wants, and clarifying information to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
Sales and Marketing: You will assist in administrative and operational activities, answer calls and manage correspondence, organize and maintain updated documents, and participate in projects and provide general support.
Team Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Good communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. You must be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
Adaptability: You must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are desirable, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
