Videographer and Editor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Videographer and Editor to produce high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand's message and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal use.
  • Collaboration and Concept Development: Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts that align with our brand messaging.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other production gear during shoots, and organize and maintain video equipment and digital assets.
  • Video Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and add graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects as needed.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and formats.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Portfolio: Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro), and a strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and audio editing.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Storytelling and Attention to Detail: Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Motion Graphics and Animation: Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility to travel and work on-location when required.
  • Education and Certification: Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
