Lead Oracle CC&B Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle CC&B Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our comprehensive customer care and billing solution.

  1. With over 10 years of experience in functional roles and project management, including Oracle CC&B Version 2.x, you will be adept in both technical and functional knowledge.
  2. You will oversee the configuration, development, and/or testing for products in the Utilities Industry, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. A strong understanding of business process design, analysis, and integration is crucial for this role.
  4. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions that meet our business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and resources effectively.

In addition, you will have expertise in application integration testing, billing, and rates, as well as advanced metering infrastructure and MDM awareness.
