Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through our cutting-edge ticket automation system
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and SaaS tools
  • Install/configure software, provide remote desktop assistance, and perform routine cloud environment maintenance (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace)
  • Communicate effectively with clients in fluent English, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base for enhanced support capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via our AI-enhanced ticketing system
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common SaaS applications
  • Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting tasks for RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and email setup configurations
  • Proficiency in using remote support tools, such as RDP or AnyDesk
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible night shift hours, consistently adhering to Canadian business hours
  • High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) — cost reimbursed monthly
