Program Brand Coordinator

The Deputy Manager – Program Support plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and impactful branding for Well-established Health Initiatives. This dynamic position bridges field operations and digital engagement, delivering cohesive messaging, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning with donor priorities to achieve transformative program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track program KPIs and contribute to performance reviews based on data and field inputs.
- Participate in provider engagement activities, trainings, and field visits to ensure program integration.
- Liaise with field teams and implementing partners to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Assist the Program Manager in the day-to-day coordination of project deliverables.
- Support documentation, reporting, and donor communication in coordination with internal departments.
Brand Strategy & Communication
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Well-established Health Initiatives.
- Conduct market research to refine product positioning and identify new engagement opportunities.
- Shape product narratives to resonate with target audiences, focusing on maternal health and nutrition.
- Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure brand consistency across communication materials, packaging, and digital content.
- Create content that is informative, culturally appropriate, and visually compelling.
- Identify and collaborate with digital influencers and health advocates to amplify product awareness and reach.
- Work closely with HCPs and field staff to ensure communication is aligned with real-world insights.
- Respond to audience inquiries and track engagement metrics to refine outreach.
