Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit independent judgment and decision-making abilities in the role of Renewals Data Stewardship.
  • Proficiently utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow is beneficial.
  • Maintain effective communication through Microsoft Teams, email, and professional phone interactions.
  • Manage escalations professionally and maintain operational process rigor.
  • Analyze data to provide solutions and feedback, ensuring program success.
  • Develop and maintain documented processes, implementing operational improvements as needed.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to track progress.
Success Metrics
  • Achieve 90% of defined SLA goals, demonstrating exceptional performance.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, complemented by strong customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
