Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities for leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business leads
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • US or UK accent preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a related role
