Business Development Representative
">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities for leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business leads
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- US or UK accent preferred
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a related role
