As a seasoned Business Developer and Upwork Bidder, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing projects that drive growth and success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively searching for new business opportunities through Upwork and other relevant platforms.
  2. Identifying potential clients and projects that align with our company's expertise and objectives.
  3. Preparing and submitting compelling proposals and bids to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborating closely with the team to develop effective strategies for winning projects.
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in an on-site setting.
  2. In-depth understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding processes.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to craft persuasive proposals and effectively engage with clients.
  5. Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
