Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive open enrollment of university students, recent graduates, and young employed/unemployed professionals into online courses using lead nurturing techniques.
  • Ensure the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the sales program.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and develop business growth by introducing existing and new contacts within the education industry and fostering resulting relationships for business generation.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets within the allocated time and budget.
  • Generate innovative ideas and organize competitions to motivate staff and increase sales volume.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative, financial, and HR policies.
  • Develop business strategies and tactics aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create operational, financial, and marketing plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor weekly performance of telemarketers and programs to meet our sales goals and profit margins.
  • Conduct effective recruitment, training, and management of staff and telemarketers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in outbound sales, including at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
