Accounting Supervisor Job

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in accounting and be familiar with QuickBooks. They should be able to supervise a team of accountants, manage financial activities, and provide excellent client service.

  • Accounting Tasks: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and direct a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, communicating directly via phone or email.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and have experience using cloud-based software for tax and accounting purposes.

Responsibilities include reviewing and recording general ledger transactions, reconciliations, and other accounting activities. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Credentials: ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified.
  • Schedule: Must work during USA business hours, which will be a night-time job.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
