Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and market share in South India by implementing effective channel strategies.

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in engaging with national accounts in South Region.
  • Manage account relationships with major retailers like Reliance, MRL, Ratnadeep, Lulu, and Dmart.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations for accounts in non-South geographies, including distributor management.

Additionally, the individual will lead a team of supervisors, promoters, and merchandisers for the South region, analyzing performance metrics.

They will also ensure instore visibility execution according to monthly plans with MT accounts.

Furthermore, the candidate will identify new accounts for onboarding within MT and coordinate stock management, sales plan compliance, and billing with internal stakeholders for business continuity.

Analyze data for the region to evaluate 3P team performance and make informed decisions.

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support Modern Trade and drive in-store sales.

Maintain relationships with key MT partners, ensuring effective promotional activity execution and merchandising.
