Business Development Manager (Freelancing)

Seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts. You will serve as the company's frontman, dedicated to crafting and executing an effective sales strategy. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and nurturing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify strategic partnership opportunities in Freelancing and E-Commerce Projects like Fiverr, Upwork, Guru & PPH.
  2. Bid effectively to generate new business leads.
  3. Develop a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct thorough research to identify emerging markets and client needs.
  5. Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities.
  6. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  9. Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.
  10. Develop entry-level staff into skilled sales professionals.
Job Specification

Skills and Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.
  2. Experience in customer support is a valuable asset.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot).
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build rapport with clients.
  6. Time management and planning skills.
  7. Relevant Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
