We're not just looking for a bidder. We're looking for an Upwork expert – someone who lives and breathes this platform, understands its algorithm, tracks what works and what doesn't and is obsessed with converting proposals into closed deals.

If you're someone who:

  • Knows how the Upwork algorithm works
  • Understands profile optimization, keyword research, and ranking strategies
  • Continuously tests and tweaks proposals to improve results
  • Knows how to generate real leads , not just submit 15–20 random proposals
  • He is a hustler , a closer , a strategist , and a relentless learner
  • Is excited by the idea of building and scaling multiple Upwork profiles
  • Who wants to own this role and become the engine of our agency's growth…
  • Have experience in scaling Upwork Account

Then we want YOU.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Auditing and optimizing our Upwork profiles for maximum visibility
  • Keyword research and profile A/B testing
  • Writing, sending, and tracking high-converting proposals
  • Analyzing what works and why (and constantly improving)
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth on Upwork
  • Coordinating with our project and design teams to tailor proposals
  • Leading weekly growth experiments on Upwork strategy

Compensation:

  • Base salary + very high commissions on closed deals
  • If you're good at this, you can easily earn 150k+ PKR/month
  • Bonuses for performance and long-term wins
  • Growth path into Sales/Business Development leadership roles

We're NOT Looking For:

  • Someone who just spams 20 proposals/day and disappears
  • Someone who treats this like a side hustle
  • Someone who avoids learning and experimenting
